Note: This is a personalized item where you are able to have your own pet's face on the item! Please follow the instructions so we are able to process your order as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Take a picture of your pet or use an existing one from your device.
Ensure the picture of your pet clearly shows their face and is taken from a front-facing angle, so that we are able to get the best possible 'face' of your pet on the product!
Step 2: Upload your picture.
Simply click "Choose File" under the 'Upload your Pet' option, and select the image of your pet!
Note: Please allow time for your image to upload!
Step 3: Choose your options and add to basket.
You're almost done! Simply pick any other options on the product you may wish to change, such as 'Color' or 'Size' (if applicable). You are now done!
Please note: Personalized products take longer to manufacture as they are done on a individual basis and require our designers to make your pet a unique design. Please allow an extra 3-5 days on top of usual shipping times.
Make sure your photo is in focus, has good lighting, and has high resolution (taken directly from phone or camera). We will let you know if we need another image.
Try to make sure your pet's limbs are not covered from view (covered by a blanket for example).
Also, try to make sure your pet's ears are not out of frame.
Within 2-3 business days you will receive an image preview of your design ready to be printed! If you are happy with the design we will start production immediately, otherwise we can make unlimited alterations until you are 100% satisfied.
